Mrs Helena Kemp (Affectionately known as "Ma" Kemp)

Passed away Tuesday June 27, 2006.

"Ma" Kemp has been involved with the cadet program since 1969, when her children started becoming Air Cadets with 58

Squadron, and was very active in the program up until 2000.  Mrs Kemp was a big promoter of the Duke of Edinburgh program at 58

Squadron.  In times of need the cadets of 58 Squadron could always count on Mrs Kemp being there for that friendly advice - hence

earning her the title of "Ma" Kemp.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Mr Gord Metcalfe

Passed away September 23, 2004

Mr Metcalfe has been involved with the 58 Squadron for over 20 years, in roles from Civilian Instructor, Range Safety Officer, Bush Officer, and most recent Squadron Sponsor Committee Chairman.   Gord was always that friendly face at the Squadron.  Many of our cadets today also knew his daughter Amanda, as she joined the ranks of the 58 Squadron.

Our thoughts and prayers to Inara and Amanda.
